The Fresh Journal

The Fresh Journal is the editorial side of Fresh, an app we're building that acts as a personal stylist for men. The Journal exists because most writing about men's clothes is either a catalog with adjectives or an algorithm with a byline, and we think men deserve better than both.

Theo Marsh is the editor of the Fresh Journal. Cleveland-raised, Brooklyn-based; former vintage buyer and recovering sneaker reseller. He owns four navy sweaters and regrets none of them.

Editorial standards

We write about clothes, brands, and ideas we find genuinely interesting. Nobody pays for coverage. As of today the Journal carries no affiliate links; if we ever add them, every affiliate link will be disclosed inline and on this page, and commissions will never decide what we recommend. Numbers are sourced and linked; when a figure is a company's own claim, we say so.
